The Pines Hotel was a Borscht Belt resort that began in the 1930s and attracted lovers through the mid-to-late twentieth century until it was abandoned. Many floors and ceilings have collapsed due to water damage. The buildings are full of asbestos and should not be entered. The unique concrete bridge over a heart shaped swimming pool lingers.

“The theme and spirit of your works are close to me."

“The cypher is fascinating and heartbreaking at the same time.”
— Jane Wieldin
